After stumbling upon this website, http://www.theloopyewe.com/photos/knitting-nooks-storage-ideas/ , I was thrilled to learn that other people live surrounded by their yarn stash. Some have it stowed away, others have it sitting out! Either way, for me I love to see yarn out in the open causing me to find a pattern so that yarn can be used.
I have clearly been obsessed with socks and spent an hour trying to find certain color combos in a superwash wool/nylon blend. I was very unsuccessful, much to my disappointment. I am looking for a variegated red/sky blue/pink and also a pink/brown variegated. I found a few hand-dyed pink/browns on the web however, nothing that I'm ready to cough up $26 a skein for! Yikes. I am beginning to think that trying to dye my own might be the better route.
