What in the World was I thinking...?????
So I was all excited about this bargain at the local market, 5 lbs of peeled garlic for $3.49!!! SCORE one for my budget! I mean, we just paid our property tax so this pay was tight, being in the thrifty mindset, my brain was on overload with this bargain. So I put it in jars, at Mom's advice, so the odor doesn't penetrate the rest of my fridge and freezer. However, I must tell you that the odor has spread through the whole 1st floor...I hope it doesn't start gagging me later.

Yeah, I think I could make that jar last a couple of months anyway! We do love our garlic. I now buy it chopped in the little bity bottle. Will have to buy one of these tub's next time I am up to visit!
Mom, they have tubs like that at Sam's club. I saw them last weekend over in the meat and cheese section.
Can we have garlic clove pie today???
