Book List

Last night as my kiddos watched Cars, munched popcorn, and relaxed for the evening, I had a few moments to update a little corner of my life. I've been a journey to simplify our life. I've gone through boxes, tubs, toys, clothes, baby gear, bookshelves, kitchen utensils, cabinets, well everything but the basement has been touched. It's been refreshing, liberating, exciting!

That being said, I confess to owning a lot of books. Some have been given, gifted, bargained, or purchased. I needed to simplify my reading goals and I've gathered up my reading materials for the rest of year. Trimester #3 is approaching, so I am preparing myself for more resting time. This is an ambitious list of 16 books over the next few months, but I like a goal. These books will nest right above the preschool shelves to keep me in line! I walk by this cabinet at least 10x a day, so they will be in plain sight to entice me to read more.

Oh, and if you just click on the title, it will link you to Amazon for more info about each book.

Here's what is on my list:

Non-Fiction:
The Vaccine Book by Dr. Robert W. Sears, started reading in July
Common Sense by Glenn Beck

Fiction:
Spinning Forward by Terri Dulong
Patterns in the Sand by Sally Goldenbaum, #2 in a series

Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery
Knit One, Kill Two by Maggie Sefton, #1 in a series
Needled to Death by Maggie Sefton, #2 in a series

What a good idea! Winter will be here sooner than we know it. That's when I get into reading the most. I noticed that Anne of Green Gables is on your list. Have you not read it before? You are in for a treat! It's one of my favorite books! :) Maybe you should start a book review on your blog.
