We all have it. A bookshelf. We all have it. A Bible. We all have it. Motivation. We all need it. Devotions.
I'd like to introduce you to my organized devotional schedule. I've laid out this year to represent topics that I am eager to grow in wisdom and pick up practical application for my life. My goal is to read and study Scripture based on each topic a couple times a week and to read two books related to the monthly topic.
January: Family
February: Raising Children
March: Obedience/Discipline
April: Encouragement
May: "Red Letters" - Jesus' words
June: Leadership
July: Rest - Sabbath
August: Men & Women of the Bible
September: Music/Worship
October: Marriage
November: Thanksgiving
December: Jesus
I have a bookshelf full of books that I weeded through to help me narrow down these twelve topics (which was liberating), but if any of you have recommendations for me to read during these months, I'd love to hear your suggestions!
