Torn

   I have been torn. Torn with planning homeschool. Torn between selfish time and selfless time. Torn over which child needs his or her needs met first. Torn over cleaning versus spring cleaning. Torn with saving yet wanting to simplify. Torn with family time versus downtime. Torn with pleasure reading or Scripture reading. Torn with being present yet planning a future. Torn with being overwhelmed or making a couple lists and starting small. Torn for heavenly desires but falling into worldly gain. Torn for losing weight yet desiring sweets. Torn to play with my kids all day everyday versus cleaning, menu planning, and running errands.

   Torn with a heavy heart focused heavenward, believing God is faithful and knows what changes are coming and how to prepare me. Torn.
