There is NOTHING like family!

WOW, some people thought we were crazy to do another month long adventure in KC, but I have to say in some ways they were right and in some ways they were wrong.

They were RIGHT:
*It will be crazy with two kids.
*Taking Bosco will add some struggles, yes, loading up two children just to let Bosco take a 3 minute potty break 8 times a day is a bit annoying.
*Having Bosco bark for an hour while the cleaning crew is making their rounds is annoyingly frustrating as it wakes up the kids.
*Less is more. Less kitchen utensils has been a bit annoying.
*Hotel coffee is gross.

They were WRONG:
*Having a cleaning crew is fantastic and gives me more time with the Maizie and Jackson each day.
*I've been exercising because loading up the double-stroller and pushing the kids around town is the beginning of me getting-back-in-shape.
*No car, causes me to be more creative each day and explore different areas of town.
*More family time, the weekends have been really fun; full of shopping, parks, yummy eaterys, and summertime drives.
*Food: I have yet to cook. Hotel has breakfast and Ford pays for our dinner. So we've discovered some great places. Last night we discovered Belsano's, which is this charming italian gelato shoppe! Blueberry gelato was tasty, to the point that Maizie ate it and kept asking to switch because of course I had more in my bowl! Smart little girl! I will have future posts about some of our other "hot-spots" on The Plaza!
*Less is more. Less wardrobe has caused me to go home with a list for a large closet clean out!
*Scooter's Coffee is yummy!

Mostly, what I will take away most from this trip is that I fall more in love with my husband, my daughter, and my son every day!
